EXPLOSIVE POWER

There is a difference between “Raw Strength” and “Explosive Power”. Raw strength is being able to bench press a small pick-up truck; EXPLOSIVE POWER is being able to blast thru the Offensive Line to blow up the Quarterback. “Raw strength” is being able to Dead Lift 500 pounds; EXPLOSIVE POWER is being a 5’ 6” second baseman (Jose Altuve) that can crush a baseball 420 feet. The Keiser equipment that I have in my Facility is what Professional Athletes use. Come train like the Pro’s!
