At BFS, we use KEISER EQUIPMENT to train our Young Athletes. But who says that equipment is just for young athletes? No one! That’s who. Our equipment can be used any way we want. Slow and steady for traditional use. Fast and powerfully, for not only superior athletic training, but also for optimum fat burn. We have several pieces of KEISER equipment, including two (2) Functional Trainers that you can perform countless exercises on. Circuit Training is a great way to get in a full-body workout and that’s exactly what you’ll do in the CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS!
